After more than 25 years in corporate business development negotiating complex business deals, Brett brought his strategic mindset to real estate, becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2018. His corporate background gives him a unique perspective when advocating for clients, helping them navigate negotiations with confidence and clarity while keeping their long-term goals front and center.

Brett began his professional career as a golf professional and continues to maintain a low single-digit handicap. His background provides him with valuable insight into golf course communities and properties throughout Central Ohio.

He is a member of Scioto Reserve Country Club and Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club. Brett and his wife, Karla, enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and trying new restaurants together. 

 Licensed since 2013, Karla is known for her exceptional attention to detail, helping ensure contract deadlines are met and every aspect of the transaction is handled with care. Her keen eye for staging and décor is a valuable advantage for her listing clients, allowing her to showcase each home’s best features and create a memorable “wow” factor for potential buyers. Karla is dedicated to protecting her clients’ best interests and skillfully negotiating favorable terms on their behalf.

A lifelong Ohio resident, Karla has traveled extensively throughout the world, including Asia, Australia, Europe, Central America, North America, and the Caribbean. The youngest of eight children, she especially values time with family and enjoys gathering with loved ones. She and her husband, Brett, also enjoy attending local events and dining out together. They are members of Vineyard Columbus Church in Westerville and reside in Powell.

In addition to her work in real estate, Karla serves as President of an international freight forwarding company. She is also the author of Upward, Not Inward: Embracing an Abundant Life of Peace, Purpose, & Joy Through God.
