After more than 25 years as a business development executive, Brett chose to leave the corporate world and pursue his interest in real estate. His ability to skillfully negotiate helps him secure the best possible deals for his clients. Brett's knowledge of the market and approach to understanding his clients' needs enable him to effectively guide his clients through the buying/selling process.

Brett started his career in the golf industry working as a golf professional; he now maintains a low single digit handicap. His experience gives him a solid understanding of golf course properties in the central Ohio area. ​

Brett is a member of Scioto Reserve Country Club and Kinsale Golf and Fitness Club. He and his wife (Karla) enjoy traveling and trying out new restaurants.

Licensed since 2013, Karla's attention to detail helps ensure contract deadlines are met and responsibilities are properly performed. Her keen sense for staging and decorating is a wonderful benefit to her listing clients, as she is able to help them showcase their property and "Wow!" potential buyers. Karla is committed to protecting all her clients' best interests and effectively negotiating terms on their behalf. 

Karla has lived in Ohio all her life but has traveled extensively throughout the world, including Asia, Australia, Europe, Central America and North America. She enjoys attending local events and dining out with her husband (Brett), as well as spending time with family and friends. Brett and Karla are members of Vineyard Columbus Church in Westerville and reside in Powell.
